Factor in depreciation and you will never come out ahead. There are places you can't go with a big rig. So you pull a car with you. Just so happens I like the beds in Holliday inn along with big bathroom and shower. I've never had to dump a holding tanks at Holliday inn or hook up water and electric or level the place before I move in.
My last camping experience was years ago when a strong wind came up and moved my camper off it's jacks.

She can't even have electric or a place to dump the holding tank on her property in Florida. Against county zoning rules. Her property is zoned R1 and having a motorhome pad with utilities makes it an R2. She has to rent a place to park/store her motorhome in Florida.
