TimV has some good points. I have several handguns, but only one wheelgun. It's a Ruger Super Blackhawk. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a six shooter. Mine is a 10 1/2" .44 mag. - probably a little long for most people, but I like it. I've taken several whitetails and as of October, an elk with it. Shoot several different loads, but hunt with a 300 grain handload at about 1300 fps.
