Ladyfriend's Dad was collecting on a foreign lottery winning. He depleted their savings, stocks, and everything except their real property. She tried to help him realize the scam, I tried, all to no avail.
He was desperate to make up for what he had already lost. One time, he sent 6 $1,000 payments to them via his credit card, then moved that cost to another credit card.
I gave up on him and also the ladyfriend.
These scams take a toll on the elderly. I guess I am getting old because they keep sending me stuff.
I do keep a list of info from people who have screwed over me for these scammers. I do the incognito mode on the browser and send their information to them.
