I have two acres and 5ish tractors. I like fiddling, and using them for different things around the yard.
Pulling a tree with a 2' trunk out isn't going to happen with a truck, let alone a tractor, especially if it's not dead. Best case you break your tow strap, worst, it hits you when it snaps back. I've had it happen with lesser things, and it sure isn't pretty.
