I'm currently doing those shots in my spine to try to help. Tomorrow is shots 5and 6. I wasn't sure he'd get me back after 3 & 4. When they use two five inch needles you should beware. Every surgeon has said they can't help me so it's my last resort.
I'm 6'4" but I still have a 4x4 block in the tractors and combine. It helps to raise my feet up that distance. When I drove school bus I had a foot long 2 x 6 board screwed to the floor behind the accelerator pedal. It got my feet up the right amount to keep my hips from being in a snarl.
