This is my office in the horse barn, next to the green oxygen tank and right below the fridge is a maybe 5 gallon water heater, I think the barn was built in 1980 or so, I started working there in 1989 so this water heater has been there awhile, it started leaking this summer. Being on a tight budget the owner dosent really want to replace it, I have a brand new 40 gallon heater which would be the right size for a 20 stall barn, the one we have now was to small for 26 horses, I only have 2 horses now so don't really need 40 gallon heater, and would have to make some changes to the office for this one to fit in there. so I was looking into these tankless heaters, my brother has one and likes it, the last pic, anyone have any suggestions? Right now I just bring 2 gallons of hot water in a water cooler with me every night.
