hello I would appreciate any tips or advice in transplanting a c301 in a 460 ... I have tractor and motor and this will be a winter project in the shop... what Im wondering is what motor plates to use on the front and rear Im assuming I will need to bolt the 460 motors plate to the 301 on the back and front but not positive? also any tips would be great on clutch etc... this will be a pulling tractor not really wanting to do extensive motor work but curious how much compression I could achieve but keeping stock stroke and just doing a cam and head job.... what are everyones thoughts keep ta? and put in a heavy duty ta or just do a delete? before I do this I thought it would be a good idea to talk to someone that has done one. if your interested in helping you can also call or text me 217-473-3136 or email [email protected]
