Here in PA, that violation will get you 30 days suspension of your driving privileges. And, it seems that there are no speed laws anymore. When I go onto the interstate, I can be doing 80 or better, and some clown will be tailgating me and flashing his lights to pass. Not that I drive 80 after all, but just figuratively speaking. Just today, returning from an errand, some clown tried to occupy the same space as I was in. Never looked, just started coming into my lane as I was right next to him in traffic. As I moved over onto the left shoulder (I had been almost past him while passing him) to avoid collision, I got on the horn. I think I need a locomotive horn to wake up some of these clowns.
