Yes, that was my 1st thought: you would be putting yourself in an unsafe position and possibly ( Arguably) placing the officer in a position that would let him get away with firing on you ( perhaps with the puny excuse that he "Was AFRAID")...
I could not believe, when ALL of the cops turned their Backs on their Governor, that NOT ONE answered for it and it should have been their Commanding Officer ...
Para-Military actions are Very Troubling and any "Officer" claiming to be "Afraid", should be released as un-desirable..
But, I suppose we maybe should not really expect too much from them..they may have been raised in a Sterile Environment and not able to cop with the realities of common ordinary life outside the force..
