Steven: Thank you for the link. It would appear that the one deputy has had problems while at other departments (5) and the other one was not very experienced, four months full time.
This story goes back to me wanting everything with law enforcement recorded. It is amazing that these officers had recording devices on them and in their cars but NOT one single one of them recorded the incident that happened. The ones in the cars were turned off. The one deputy had his turned off and the other's memory was full. Shooting a man 12 times seems like over kill to me. Seems like the one deputy got "BUCK" fever and just kept shooting.
It does not surprise me that there where no charges against the officers. Their story is gold(both matched too) and any one else's is suspect. The sheriff even won re-election. So all is well in that country, just business as usually.
I really liked how they hand cuffed the widow and she then had a heart attack. Fine up standing police work!!!!
