Bottle caper, have 2 of them put up a lot of ketshup that way. The piece on the bottom was added for some unknown reason, supposed to be flat. The old ketshup bottles I have were too short to get the handle down far enough to work so was a piece of wood made to set them on. They work on anything from the 10 oz to 16 oz pop bottles. One was my families, tor other my grand father in law had.
