I agree with the other poster's comments,, I have a question,, you say its not "tying off" do you mean its not staring to pull in the twine ,, it is not cutting it off after it has tied,,, if its not cutting it off when done it can be a couple things depending on what type of tie system you have,,, if the cutting blade is dull it will not cut it when done properly,, sharpen or replace the blade if this is the case,, not starting can be helped by starting the tie while still feeding in material,, this is if you are making a "correct bale"
