I have a 1967 Cub Lowboy. I just bought it. It starts right up and sounds good. This tractor has a belly mower. When I attempt to engage the pto to run the mower it bogs the engine down until it dies. Even giving it more throttle does not improve this. Could i have a governor problem? I have a 1956 cub with a drag behind mower. I remember you had to ease the clutch out to get the mower up to speed but the lowboy will not. Any ideas?
