I have had good luck with Wal Mart tires in the past but have not purchased them in several years. Local stores got so nit picky about existing scratches on rims and such they would refuse service. If a claim was filed it affected their bonuses an employee told me. Long waits were also common. If a lug nut could not be removed the employees could not move the car out of line. Had to wait for a manager to make that decision, sometimes after several department meetings.
