Where I work we are only allowed to run p tires on our 1/2 ton pickups now, also we are not to load over the GVW of the truck. Before we could run LT tires if you check into the prices the LT tires are around $100 more but they last 2 times longer in my opinion they are worth the extra money if you are hauling anything or pulling a trailer it is a no brainer to go with LT tires. With P tires we would have many flat tires and the tires were well wore out before the tread With LT tires very few flats and the tires have no tread when there are worn out This is just my opinion it is your money John
