Just to be different, I enjoy tv every day of my adult life. Although most of the time it is just background while I'm on the computer but my attention can switch back and forth to whichever is most interesting at the moment. And off in the background in the kitchen I'll have CBC am radio going all the time. Sometimes tv gets turned off in favour of what is on the radio. Often far more entertaining too. (And no ads!) I will admit there is far too much advertising on tv. For what I pay Shaw every month I should not have to watch ads.
