Live PTO just means the the PTO operates independent of the transmission. I suppose you can call it independent live PTO if you'd like, but it's still live PTO.
As far as I know, there are only two kinds of PTOs on a 60 - engine driven (live) PTO, and transmission driven (non-live) PTO. A 60 also has a second lever that engages and disengages the entire PTO before the PTO clutch. The 60 has to be shut off to engage it, but can be running when disengaging it. I run mine with this lever off, unless I'm using the PTO.
