And just to add a little something. All vehicles have to be driven within the law. The extra laws that a CDL holder has to deal with have nothing to do with driving laws in general and deal only with things pertaining to operating a commercial vehicle like vehicle pre trip inspections, weights, log books and other such things that don't affect the laws dealing with speed, lane changes, passing, stop signs and other laws that all driver are supposed to obey.
