Mileage is a little high for that price, $9000 would be better.
With proper maintenance a 6.0 will go 250-300k miles easy, but for towing I'd be prepared for a transmission rebuild in the future.
In my area if a 99-05 doesn't have rust in the rockers, it's a low mile garaged truck or the rockers have been replaced, The guy we got my wife's 01 Z71 from said he never drove it in bad weather, two years later the left rocker was rusted out, now it needs the right side done. She loves her truck so we'll get it fixed and repainted.
I like my Cummins powered F-450, plenty of power and a good solid 4x4 truck with only 114k miles.
