That's good because what you have there is not a stock 350 Utility front end, or even an optional one.
Someone scabbed an industrial steering axle off of God knows what on to the tractor some time in the past. Could be IH, Case, John Deere, Cat, or any of a hundred other brands. It didn't necessarily come off a tractor, either.
There's no way you were ever going to find the right parts without knowing what that axle came off of.
