I have taken perfectly good oil pans off and when put back on it leaks. The dealer told me I had to put a new one on because I would never be able to get the old one to seal. He was right. This was on a bus with an IH engine. I think IH engines in over-the-road vehicles have much to be desired. Just my opinion.
