Unverferth makes them. You can get them from most any ag related tire dealers. Gemplers sells them too, but they're more expensive.
What size tire? Why do you want the tires closer together? Most guys run a 8" spacer. The wider the spacer, the better you do in mud because the center doesn't pack with mud. You can't just the spacer off and clamp the tires together. It won't work right. You hav eto either evenly cut the spacer to make it narrower, ot cut off and weld on a new spacer. As cheap as clamp on duals are anymore you could probably find another set cheaper than pulling the tires off and welding on new spacers.
