On Monday I ordered from YT an overhaul kit for my IH 884. Today (Wed.),while not at home, I received a message from someone there (Bakersfield, CA), concerning bearing specifications. First of all, the description of the kit does not include bearings, so I was surprised to receive the inquiry. I tried three times to return the call, (unfortunately, I lost the recorded message) and each time I was subjected to a seemingly endless "survey" hawking travel, health insurance, or something else that I never understood or wanted. I've ordered items numerous times from this site without a problem. What has happened? I know, I'm an old geezer and perhaps misunderstood something, but I'm still lucid, and I do not understand.
