You can get good cheap stuff there. I've been very happy with some of the basic stuff from there that would have cost 3 times that much anywhere else. Impact wrench from there was junk, along with compression tester, and a few other things. But they do make some good stuff. Been using one of those trailers for quite a few years now. Just make sure you keep the wheel bearings packed with good grease. Ours is used primarily in winter on salty roads tho so if you aren't as harsh on yours it shouldn't matter.
