I have a little Schumacer charger that dates back to early 80s. 6-12V. The only problem I had with it was the output wire cracked where it came out of the metal case. simple repair to eliminate that problem. It has a circuit breaker if overloaded, and setting for conventional and maintainance free bats., what ever diff that makes. It has been forgotton and left out in the rain several times and taken a couple of tumbles. Maybe it was made by Timex!! HeHe Loren
