Dropped my Frontier home phone last Wed., switched to US. Cellular and transferred the number. Was supposed to be a seamless deal. So after no internet since last Wed. night, six phone calls, over 3 1/2 hrs., most of that was on hold or hollering I got the internet back yesterday. Frontier said I had to start over with a new modem/router combo, new number and new plan which is faster and cheaper by 13 bucks. Frontier tech. was here yesterday, told him the story, he just shook his head and said that was all Frontier's fault, shouldn't have happened, should have been a seamless switch like US. cellular said. Frontier tech. set it up, along with wife's Apple laptop and iPhone and everything worked good and faster until I tried to watch YouTube this morning. Don't have any sound, sliders work, mute is off, where'd the sound go?
