Maybe they are, and there's nothing wrong with that. Not everybody wants a huge show. When it gets too big it becomes more work than the few volunteers can handle. It always seems like the majority of the club is always in favor of having these events, but when you ask them to help out, they've got a million other better things to do that weekend.
