A friend has one of those and he had trouble with the hydraulics. It turned out to be an O ring had some how come off the lift piston and pieces had got into the system. Someone had replaced the pump and the new one had some debris in it too. We never did figure out how the O ring had come off the piston, maybe somehow it had over extended and sheared off the O ring when it retracted.
