I remember, about 1960, Farm Journal had a story about some tandem tractors. One guy hooked a second tractor behind, but on the lead tractor (a Farmall, F30 or so), he mounted a 4 cyl Wisconsin on the drawbar and hooked it to the pto. Two tractors, three engines, on a 5 bottom plow.
