I will second going with 11R x 22.5 tires. The 10x20 tires are getting hard to find as large trucks have not used them new for over 20 years now. As for rim cost your looking at around $100-150 each. I have switched several wagons over to the truck tires. The six hole rims will be harder to find as the eight bolt are more common for larger tires.
If your looking for used tires then look at tandem manure spreaders. NH spreaders used 10x20 tires on six bolt rims for years.
