I live in semn, just 10 miles from the Mississippi River and 8 miles from the Iowa border. It can get very humid here in summer. A lot of dew points around 70, even close to 80. Property taxes are very high here because the state has lowered income taxes for the wealthy and cut funding for local governments and schools so they raise property taxes. No sales tax on clothes.
