Pete Just wanting to clear up noxious weed fine question. If the local weed board (if you have one) deems that you are not controlling the noxious weed (Johnsongrass) they have the right to spray it and add it to your property tax. This is done county by county in Indiana. Which means some counties are more strict than others. Not sure how other states treat this issue. Obviously Texas has no problem with Johnsongrass. But priorities are different there. Cattle versus crop.
