I picked up a manual tire changer for 60 bucks yrs ago new from a surplus tool place same as the pic I included Perfect it's not but for the 10 tires I do a yr it's saved me more than it cost Had to reinforce the bars on the bead breaker I've taken 8 tires off to put 4 back on in less than hr for my hay wagon
I had a coats 20/20 and they are a good machine and if you're careful they will do aluminum rims but are prone to scuffing the edges if you can locate a Coates 20/20 or a 40/40 I would buy it in heat beat should never sold mine if you have a lot of use for a tire machine then look at new
