I have the seat you are asking about on a 630 John Deere. I have clam shell fenders on the tractor also. I have to get from the front. I have a John Deere step on the axle housing of the tractor so it is no problem to get on the tractor from the front. I don't know how wide the seat is, but I can measure tomorrow. It is a good seat. Well made. My wife and I ride it in the parades.
