If you have ever ridden a barrel racer, or worked with draft horses, you know tha it is what they do for fun, not as torture or abuse. I saw a six horse team (parallel, not in pairs) pulling a 18 foot spike drag, they were happy and cooperative. I have had horses for the first 20 years of my life on our farm in Indiana. If on a barrel racer, you better be glued to the saddle and have a tight cinch or you will be horizontal and much closer to mother earth. Cooperative animals do so because it is in their nature. not because of distrust or abuse. Jim's opinion. Law suits like this are the tool of the rich and ignorant against the defenseless animal and animal owner. Nasty. Jim.
