We got the line upgrade completed this week at the hydraulic pump factory. I bet I watched a couple dozen pumps assembled. This is on the 50-100 HP pump line. Each of the bolts is computer torqued, and counted to make sure they all get done. They have oil filters from different manufactures on the line, the computer tells them which one to install. Each of the pumps is run in a test stand, they count the initial particulates, then again after it has run for a time period. It was a long week, but interesting.
