I would buy 2 tractors, used, a small B3xxx cab a/c kubota or similar Deere , and 60-70 horse 40 year old tractor with a canopy Deere / Ihc / what ever . I have several acres myself and have found I use a small compact more hours than a large tractor because it fits in tight spots and is very agile and economical to operate , I cut 100 acres of hay using smaller tractors with drum mowers and bale square balers with the same smaller tractors ,no bale wagon and flat ground, but use a larger tractor to pull round baler and as a back up for whatever , st the end of the year I put 500 hours on my smaller 2 tractors and 200 hours on the larger and most of what is done with the smaller ones either couldn't be done any quicker with the larger or like mowing hay the smaller lighter tractors get on softer ground without making ruts that a larger heavier tractor would make.
