Yes the motor was running while pressure washed it I have then drained the fuel tank as I put a cock plug in that has a fuel shut off on it now cause old was broke off so I draind the tank while had the ole one out as to the aft read on another post that it might help free up the plunger if it indeed was sticking but pulled the plate off side of pump an watched it as my wife cranked it over it look like it was popping up and down but still no fuel on #3 with the line cracked open it does have oil in the pump as I opened the weep hole the oil look like new oil and feels like it too if there is water in it and doesn't come out of separator bleeders just don't under stand I have changed all fuel changed filters bleed every line but nothing on #3???
