got it running. pulled it up to the shop area and drained all the water out of the tank in the back, so I could tip the back. to the fuel line off the carb and got a trickle of gas when I cranked the engine. took the fuel line off before it goes to the fuel filter and still no gas. tried to syphon and also blow into it to see if it was blocked. Finally put the air nosel from the air compress into the fuel line and gave a light burst of air. Nothing. gave it a little bigger burst and then got a big bubble out of the tank. must have been blocked. hooked all fuel lines back up and it started after cranking a few seconds.
