Good advice from Professor Jim, here's my thoughts: The fact that battery voltage drops from 12 down to 10.5 when you try to start her tells me the battery may be bad orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr the starter is bad orrrrrrrrrrrrr its plastic gear drive is mechanically sticking/jamming as I have seen Onans do. I have turned the engine/flywheel backwards and unstick them then lube with lithium grease and they were cured. About any parts house or battery store will load test the battery for free so if it jump starts fine TRY THAT (means starter is okay) Id take that battery to a parts store or battery dealer tomorrow morning. Those small engine starter relays arent super high quality but are cheap n easy to replace. You should be able to find it since its where the ungrounded battery cable attaches, the other side of it goes to starter. I don't think its bad since the battery voltage is dropping meaning theres a load.

The front end center pin bushing was worn also so I ask that they replace it if they had time. Well, that’s wha
