Your comments about tomturkey were not necessary. I have read and reread his comment multiple times, and I find no personal attack on you or your grandson, just concern for safety of a young man. You may not agree with him, and that is your right. Speaking from a personal experience, a fall from a high place which results in head and brain injuries can be awful. I have an uncle I worked with every day, who went from being one of the strongest and hardest working men around, to a vegetable in a bed, in a matter of seconds because of a fall from a ladder. He now can do literally nothing. Internal organs work, but his brain is dead. It is a constant reminder to me and many others, safety must be considered in all situations. I understand work must be done. I am a farmer myself, with three children who love to be a part of what is going on around them. However, I know neither of us want to live with a regret of a preventable accident. Please take a moment and consider the possible consequences of a preventable accident.
