I assume this a caravan? If so there is not a blower motor relay, at least not serviceable, its built into the TIPM which is a big module that controls many electronic systems, this module is part of the under hood fuse box.
Next time it quits, tap on the blower motor and see if it starts up, also check the connections at the motor and speed resister, the resister goes into the HVAC case beside the blower motor. If you have a test light, see if you have power at the blower motor when it quits. If you have power there then the TIPM and pwr circuit is good. The speed resister and speed selector switch is on the ground side.
