I have tried taking the fuel cap off, but it doesn't seem to help. I have noticed that something in the govenor doesn't seem quite right. When I throttle up, it takes a bit for the tractor to respond, and the same thing when I throttle down. Maybe something is gummed up in there? I will tear into that whenever I get the kit. I'm really hopping it's not a bearing or hydraulic issue. Just need a point in the right direction.
