100% agree on the spasm. Took me awhile to figure that out, but control the spasm and you control a lot of the cause of the pain.
I hit the floor more than once, walking or standing and had problems getting up from a chair taking me to the floor. All was spasms and thanks to the spasm you jerk and all and just make matters worse than they were originally. For me the Aleve works to prevent that.
I said many times during my life that nobody is going to touch my back, regardless of how bad it seems.....and it has been bad at times.....when it takes you to the floor that's pretty bad! So here I am � century old, never had a knife or injection and feeling better than I ever did. Very thankful for that. Just made a few changes in my lifestyle.
