Just want to thank everyone that helped me fix my David Brown 990. Thank you especially to Dieseltech for nailing the exact problem. I had some major loss of power with the tractor, and a lot of white smoke. Dieseltech told me to crack the high pressure line to the injectors and I had two of them that had no effect on the idle of the engine, and when the lines to those two injectors were cracked the white smoke cleared up almost completely. And those two injectors were next to each other. I was advised to do a compression test but could never find one around here for a diesel and didn't want to wait for one to be shipped. So I took the head off and you can see my problem.
Anyway, thanks to all that responded with a comment or suggestion, and thank you Dieseltech for nailing it.
