I see that everyday. I live on a state highway and go to town every morning. Lots of people running late for work. I drive around 60 in a 55 zone and people have to brake to keep from running into me. They pass on the yellow line, have near head on collisions with oncoming traffic. Then I come up behind them at the traffic light in town. Those grain hauler semi's do the same thing.
