They probably have to jack it up and half tear it apart to hang the mounting brackets. Joystick control with a rocker in the top for the grapple is nice, too.
Don't know about the Massey, but the newer JD with the reverser I guess you are supposed to just pop it in F or R and let it do its own thing with the clutch.
