That's what I did step it over but not much just spent over 8 thousand in legal bills because the fence was off. If you go to far they can say that is where the property line is because that's where the fence is. I mow both sides of the fence so hopefully that might count . Side note not all 40 ' s are not 1320 feet they make adjustments for the curvature of the earth . Mine went 1319 to 1326 the fence was over by one foot and short by 6.
