A couple of things I could add to my discussion. This is a three generation operation. The guys doing this are all family members. No outside employees that I know of. When I asked them to stop dumping rocks on my property a few years ago they complained that they thought the property line was father over onto mine. A few weeks latter a row of survey flags showed up right down the property line right where I thought it was. They quickly pulled those flags. I am pretty sure if they thought the property line was farther over they would be farming it. The end thing that really told me I need to do something was when they came to fix the soil saver I happened to be home. I walked behind the barn and there was a implement service guy and the property owner. The owner looked at me and would not even say hi. He would not even acknowledge I was standing there even though he was on my property. He is a complete jerk.
