We had a neighbor like that many years ago. He would tell the hired men that if they broke down, they should walk to our place and borrow tools to fix whatever broke. He dumped rocks on our side of the line; we dumped them back. One day the guy came onto our place and went into the shop to "borrow" some tools. I came back, got out and shoved the 30-30 in his gut and told him to never come back on the place again. Guess I scared him because he stopped doing that stuff!
If the line has been established XX number of years, your state may support your claim to the property - never let him destroy the existing property line.
Give him a verbal warning to stay off your property and keep his employees off also. Your property is not for his use, no matter what you are using the property for.
